My expertise
Building on a psychology degree from the University of Zurich followed by a thesis and further professional development courses in systemic coaching and supervision, I have been active in the assessment and coaching industry for around 15 years. My qualifications are expanded and enriched through countless experiences and encounters with inspiring clients and colleagues.
My approach as an assessor
What interests me is how you, as the assessment candidate, make sense of the world – both your own world and the one around you. Because I am very well aware that there are many different worlds. Does your personal world match that of the position you are applying for? What skills or support do you need in order to achieve best practice? What is the setting in which both you and your employer will derive maximum benefit from the collaboration?

When I’m not at work, I’m a family person, an exercise enthusiast, a yoga practitioner, a partner, a bookworm, a diver, a mother, a hostess, a slow runner, a theatregoer, a friend, an MG driver, or else I’m active in some other form – I am perpetually curious, and perpetually on the go.

My expertise
I have been working with both individuals and teams in the field of assessments and transformation for around 15 years. Besides my passion for making connections, my ability to work with people and organisations from a wide range of sectors, industries and cultures is built on a solid foundation provided by my psychology degree, in which I majored in organisational, occupational and intercultural psychology, my thesis on the topic of career management, and numerous professional development courses in the field of coaching and facilitation.
My approach as an assessor
As an assessor, my aim is to get to know you and understand you as a person – so as to determine, both in your own interest and in the interests of the employer, whether you are a good match for the advertised position; in other words, to find out what it would take for you to fully realise your potential, both professionally and on a personal level, and bring your skills to bear in a meaningful way.
Me in private
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my three daughters, my husband, my family and friends, keep an open house, enjoy nature, learn new things for my personal development, and restore my energies through sports, meditation or by reading a good book.

My expertise
I have been active as a leadership coach and organisational developer at various leadership institutions for a good 17 years. I hold a degree in business administration and communications, which I have supplemented with a wide range of professional development courses in the field of assessment, leadership coaching and organisational development. For several years I have been running my own business in the organisational and leadership development sector, providing services to companies from a diverse range of industries.
My approach as an assessor
As an assessor, one of my primary concerns is to do justice to you as the candidate, to get to know who you are in both the professional and the private context. This is neatly summed up in the feedback I received from one candidate, who said that he endorsed every single sentence of the report, which he felt truly captured him as a person.
Me in private
My private life is filled with my wife and my two children, jogging, fitness training, hiking in the mountains, enriching encounters, theatre and cinema – as well as connecting my inner world with my outer world, to achieve a harmonious balance.

My expertise
I have been a business consultant, coach and assessor for over five years. As a millennial, I feel the need to adapt to new norms in the business world and expect the people I work with to do the same. As a qualified Swiss banker, accounting and finance professional and senior research fellow in corporate governance (dissertation on chair succession), I am familiar with the needs of the business world from a variety of perspectives and am therefore able to combine the world of theory with real-world practice. Because every theory, every organisation and every person is different – which means we always have to adapt to the context.
My approach as an assessor
I’m interested in how you develop and mature as an individual and how you are influenced by your environment. I want to know how you seize a career opportunity, how you make decisions, how you interact with your managers, how you build a motivated and high-performing team, how you navigate today’s agile working environment – and many more aspects. My aim is to help you answer these and many other questions so that you can gain an understanding of your own innermost motivators.
In my free time
When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me out and about – either on my bike, roller skates or on an adventure in my trusty running shoes. In summer, I love being close to Lake Zurich, whose inviting freshness helps me cool off and recharge my batteries for the challenges ahead.
